It’s Over

I tried to return to work this morning and quit again, for the last time.  I appreciate the help I’ve received and the opportunity to continue, but I am unable to do any more computer work.  My brain doesn’t want to cooperate and I can’t breath.  I’d rather hide out here in my apartment pretending that I won’t have to pay rent for August.

I feel bad that all the assistance I’ve received has been a waste and therefore will not accept any more assistance.

I don’t know how much longer AT&T will generously provide my internet connection, so if you don’t hear from me, I’m just off the air… that’s all.

If you try to call, you’ll notice my phone doesn’t work.

At the present time, my neighbors are yelling at each other… it started at about 5:30 this morning.

  1. What kind of work do you do if you don't mind my asking? I am disabled. I suffer from agoraphobia and it is a daily battle. I am an artist too though so I am seriously looking into doing stuff on Etsy which is a craft/arts website. I think just listening (I.E. Reading) what you have to say you should look into writing or doing something w/ your blogs. Just a thought. ๐Ÿ™‚ I have the same problem in some ways. I hope things go better for you and I really am glad to see you on. I like reading what you have to say ๐Ÿ˜€

  2. Thank you very much, but I'm sure I won't take another job. I'm sick of telling people I'll work and then end up not doing it. Besides, I'm allergic to horses.

  3. Joe, this type of stress invoking, and energy sapping up and down stuff, can often by helped by seeing the appropriate counsel and getting and taking the appropriate meds. I know this. Many know this. IT is time for you to accept it. and the advice tat Biff gave you is good. do something that has a beginning and an end.like a simple job ; punch in , then punch out, Get a check and know where you are to be and when each day!
I will make this offer once: I have an aprtment overthe barn here oin MD.. come and use it free: and help me in the barn part of eachday.. some easy physical labor. I( I can do it).. a nd get the fresh air, and meet new people. Laid back life.. Pursue other things in your time.

What do you think? Marty would love the assistance. or we leave you pretty much alone Adam is coming for a visit soon, !

  4. There are many ups and downs in life. I am not pretending to know yours but I can tell you that things will go the other way. If your going to walk away from something a lot of the time that might actually be a good thing. Don't just sit though, go out and find a new path…hell dig ditches…mow lawns…work at Subway…take a break from thinking for a while….but don't stop…you might and I hope you find the change refreshing.

Wish you the best of luck and good wishes…I promise it's not as bad as you think it is!!

    Biff
