Support Tanner Berryhill’s NASCAR Racing Dream

Man, the Berryhill family hired me to work for them when no one else would, and after I had been a total jerk to them (for which I have and do now again apologize profusely).
They’re very excited about racing, always have been, and I know some people reading this blog know some people who know people who do things.
Frankly, some of you are relatively wealthy.  Through all of my hassles, I don’t believe I called begging on anyone’s doorstep. If you sponsor things, would you please consider sponsoring Tanner’s team Vision?

There is a way you can securely make a donation through Fundly of $10 or more using your credit or debit card.

More about the Berryhills:

The Berryhill family made some money manufacturing chili in Tulsa.  They founded the annual Chili Bowl dirt track race in Tulsa.  Aaron (Tanner’s uncle) is racing on dirt track.

When I was working for the Berryhills (I’ve worked for Aaron and Adrian’s father, Bob, and I’ve worked for Adrian’s company), Tanner was just a kid, but his dad was getting him into races.  Tanner’s dream has always been to race with the big boys and now he’s grown up and ready to rumble.

From Adrian Berryhill (Tanner’s father):

To all our friends, I am reaching out in a not too familiar way, but here it goes! Since my son Tanner was 11 years old he has had the dream of making a career as a driver in NASCAR! I agreed to support this and for the last seven years we have been objectively racing all over the country and collecting many wins and championships along the way! Every race for us meant a minimum of 14-15 hour drives each way as there are no stockcar series near Oklahoma. Tanner missed an average of 60 days from school each year and still maintained a 3.4 grade point in advanced courses. Anyway, he has finally turned 18 and has been approved to fulfill his dream to race in the NASCAR Nationwide series!!!! We have recently purchased cars from the now closed Rusty Wallace Racing Team. We have a great crew in place and an amazingly strong Toyota powerplant! We are scheduled to fulfill the dream at Bristol on March 17th. I am reaching out to all our friends to help us make this a reality. We have been so blessed to obtain a partial sponsorship by the Poole family with New Gulf Energy of Tulsa but we are still a bit short financially. If you know of a potential contact or marketing partner that would want to support the dream we would love to hear from you. Literally, with the help of New Gulf Energy we are sooo close. Anything will help this happen…. Diesel fuel for the rig, entry fee help, crew dinners, hotel room.. Anything! We can give sponsor passes to hang with the team during this exciting time and locations on the car for names/ logo’s. Please don’t think your help of any kind would be too small. We gratefully appreciate any support! Ok, I hated to ask but we are so close! Any questions or possibilities…. Call me please. 1-918-830-3988!
