Microwave Mac and Cheese: Avoid Rookie Mistakes

The thing to do is work fast, while the water is hot. Don’t start blogging before it’s ready.
The issue with creativity and tools is that tools get in the way of creativity.  That’s why television shows are written by people sitting around a table.  They’re not sitting around a computer.  They don’t write everything down….  They do what people do — think… And then sometimes they write something down.
I’m alone.
So, I need tools.
I like blogging, but it sorta asks for Mrs. English teacher to be on task in my head and it makes me want to make a blog post a coherent piece of something.  It’s also hard to add things later.
So, hence, my own tool comes to mind.  However, what I’ve been screaming for since like childhood was really just the screaming.  So!
I do need a better tool.
MAC AND CHEESE
Nuke for 5 minutes (pasta and water).  Then mix it up, separate sticky things.  Nuke for 6 more minutes.
Drain some.  This depends on how much water was in there in the first place.  If you’re a microwave mac and cheese ninja like me, you can make it all come out to the right amount of water every time.  (right)
Throw powered cheese on top of noodles.
Maybe throw some sour cream on there, too.
Maybe throw enchilada sauce on there.
MIX TO SATISFACTION
Eat.
