Wow. Everything I’ve touched today has lead to a victory.
At 5:45 this morning, I wrote a letter to the Oklahoma Department of Human Services to ask for a review of my child support case and to get set up on a payment plan. That feels great. I am so excited about getting #1 repaid.
At 8:00 this morning, I wrote an email to Network Solutions asking about the outage yesterday and explaining that we always suggest our clients use their hosting packages. I explained that we’ve lost some face and suggested they credit our main account with a free month for each package. They responded with a credit.
The website we’re doing for COCAA (seen here) had a problem with the dynamic location of the footer and with some weird stranded tweens on the tabs at the top. Those problems were eliminated before lunch.
I did a little work for COCAA and I eliminated their phone line as the problem with their fax, saving them from seeing some finger pointing between AT&T and their fax equipment vendor.
I’ve also almost completed getting a new PC set up for our marketing lady.
Now I’m home for lunch and cooking Macaroni and Cheese (spirals!!!).
I’m pretty excited about this afternoon.
