Odyssey of Mr. Maude’s Biology

This is a biology class at Grey College.

You might have learned it in literature studies, but I learned the word “odyssey” in Mr. Maude’s 9th-grade biology class at the Union 9th Grade Center in Tulsa, Oklahoma.

In Mr. Maude’s class, we studies the odyssey of elements.

The elements were formed in stars. The elements collected into the Sun and Earth. The elements collected into us.

The elements that collected into animals ate the elements that were collected into plants. Elements collected into large animals ate the elements collected into smaller animals.

Elements that call themselves humans eat plants and animals.

When the humans die, their elements are collected by tiny animals and the process starts all over again.

That’s a beautiful odyssey.
