Consumer Complaint for Walmart in Oklahoma City

Sadly, buying new shoes from
Ross for $24 upgraded my social status +10

  • Joe Winett So, I used the bathroom… the stall had the latch removed and then I squirted soap on my hands and the automatic water did not turn on. The place was dirty… So I flipped soap off my hands and onto the wall. And I walked around and saw in the customer service area to call the manager. There was his picture and phone number.

  • Joe Winett So I called back and it rang and a lady answered and I asked for the manager (using his name)… and she hung up on me.

  • Joe Winett So I called back and she transferred me to his extension which rang for more than 1 minute.

  • Joe Winett So, I called back and asked who Mike’s boss was. So she told me and gave me the number.

  • Joe Winett So, I called the district manager of Walmart for that district… Charlie something. Charlie wasn’t in, but his assistant took my complaint. I added that the floor in the customer service area was dirty and that all the stalks in the floor has flanges raised up and in disrepair and that everyone behind the counter looked unhappy… And that I thought they had a management problem at that store and perhaps they should check into that. I spelled out my name, Joe Winett, and gave my Google voice number. I said he could call me back on my cell phone, but that the Google voice number would reach me anywhere, but he didn’t have to call if she thought she could convey the message with the appropriate kindness. I’ve learned to leave out the part about being the President of the United States one day. That just hurts my credibility.
