#2 taught me how to eat well with little money.
The chuck eye is a steak cut from the chuck eye roast. I don’t know what that means, but it’s good steak for around $4.99/lb.
I’m enjoying one right now.
Victory today: New company collected it’s first check.
[Update November 11, 2013] I’ve noticed that the price has been going up for the honorable Chuck Eye. I guess the word has gotten out.
